With experience across event management, security services, social development, women empowerment, and community welfare, she has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership focused on ethical growth, social responsibility, and sustainable development.
She is deeply dedicated to humanitarian and social causes, working actively for the welfare of underprivileged and marginalized communities. Her initiatives focus on supporting poor and needy families, promoting education for underprivileged girls, helping financially weak families in arranging marriages for their daughters, supporting old age homes, empowering differently-abled individuals, and creating awareness for a drug-free society. She strongly believes in providing dignity, equal opportunities, safety, and empowerment to every individual, especially women and vulnerable sections of society. She also provide medical health camps facility for prisoners.
A strong advocate for women’s safety, dignity, and justice, Isha actively contributes to several institutional and government committees related to women empowerment and protection. She serves as a Member of the Sexual Harassment Committee, District East Delhi (Delhi Government), a Member of the Mahila Utpidan Pratishedh Samiti at Central Jail, Varanasi, and a Member of the Vishakha Committee at Naini District Jail, Prayagraj. Through these responsibilities, she works toward safeguarding women’s rights, ensuring dignity, and strengthening institutional accountability.
Isha has also played an important role in correctional and prison welfare programs. She has actively worked to provide emotional, social, and welfare support for jail inmates and their families, helping them reconnect with dignity and hope. Her efforts focus on rehabilitation, awareness, women’s safety, and ensuring proper support systems for inmates and marginalized individuals within correctional institutions.
She is the Owner of Dream’s Destination Event & Management by Shiv Shakti and serves as the Director of ShivShakti Security Services , Sparsh Security Facility and Shivay Group. Her leadership reflects professionalism, integrity, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to safety, discipline, and organizational growth.
In the field of inclusive sports, Isha serves as the National President of the All India Para Football Federation and CEO of the Para Cricket Club of India. Through these roles, she works toward promoting accessibility, awareness, infrastructure, and equal opportunities for para-athletes across India, encouraging inclusion and empowerment through sports.
